  • Chat content — messages and other information you or visitors submit through the widget or dashboard.
  • Visitor & device data — an anonymous identifier stored in the browser (localStorage), optional name/email if provided, and technical data such as IP address (typically for security and abuse prevention), user-agent, and pages/URLs where the widget is used.
  • Usage analytics — aggregated usage data (e.g. page views) to understand how the Service is used and to improve it.

  • Facilitate real-time messaging and conversation history
